Neighborhood Stabilization Grant
Applications for the Neighborhood Stabilization Grant are now being accepted.
Pickup applications in the city hall lobby.
The deadline is March 30th by 12pm (Noon). Drawing March 30th at 5pm.
There will be 10 winners per Ward to receive $3,000 exterior grant.

PROPOSITION A
The Council salary is set in the Charter. The Charter can be changed by a vote of the people. The council members hold a great responsibility for our community. The last charter amendment for a salary increase was 1986 for the current $175 per month. A charter amendment will be on the April 7th, 2026 election ballot for your consideration.
"Shall Section 3, Article II entitled "Compensation" of the Council in the Charter of the City of Berkeley, MO be amended to read as follows: "The compensation of each member of the council shall be four hundred ($400) per month. In addition, each Councilperson shall be reimbursed for any necessary and specifically incurred expenses authorized by ordinance or resolution of the Council?"
On the ballot for Proposition A mark Yes if in favor or No if opposed.
