   1. Need people to work the following stations:
      Front Door Work the raffle table Decorate
      Sell set ups Walk around selling 50/50 tickets
      
   2. All Committee Members Need to be Present at 6:45PM Sharp!
      • Committee members need to be there to get their table for their guests. If you sell 10 tickets, the entire table is yours. Tables will have signs on them for your guests to be seated. Tickets have been printed up and given out. Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the door. Any tickets unsold will be sold at the door. Tracy printed up 160 tickets, which is the capacity of Berkeley Civic Center.
      • Pre-Mother’s Day Pop Up Event is scheduled for Sat, May 3, 2025. Set up is from 11 am-12 pm. Event 12 pm-5 pm; Breakdown 5 pm-6 pm. Vendors get one 8-foot table and two chairs. If they request an additional table, the fee is $15.00 a table. It is $35.00 before April 6, 2025; then $45.00 thereafter. Committee members are asked to be there at 10:30 am for this event. Need assistance in promoting this event so it can be a success for us! We cant be a success without getting vendors for this event!
      • Ice Cream Social scheduled for Sat, May 31, 2025 at Jefferson Park has been rescheduled to the Civic Center. The Civic Center was placed on hold for this event due to the possibility of the weather. We need to decide on a time for this event.
